ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ПАРАМЕТРІВ МІЦНОСТІ ПОЛІМЕРНИХ КОМПОЗИТІВ ЩО ЗАСТОСОВУЮТЬСЯ ДЛЯ ПЛОМБУВАННЯ ЗУБІВ МЕТОДОМ АКУСТИЧНОЇ ЕМІСІЇ

Анотація

Метою дослідження є створення методики та здійснення механічних випробувань на предмет визначення міцнісних характеристик стоматологічних композитів із позицій лінійної механіки руйнування та із застосуванням явища акустичної емісії із визначенням особливостей зародження та розвитку руйнування стоматологічних композитів світлової полімеризації під дією квазістатичного навантаження локального стиску. Для порівняльних досліджень обрані наступні гібридні стоматологічні композити вітчизняного та зарубіжного виробництва: Latelux (Latus, Україна), TETRIC N-CERAM (Ivoclar Vivadent, Ліхтенштейн), CHARISMA CLASSIC (Kulzer, Німеччина). Для випробувань за темою досліджень використовували дискові зразки діаметром 13 мм та товщиною 5 мм по 10 зразків кожного матеріалу, які були виготовлені у спеціально розробленій формі. Пакування і формування матеріалу у форму проводили в лабораторних умовах за темпе¬ратури повітря 18 – 210 С. Перед випробуваннями зразки витримували протягом 24 год. за температури 370 С у фізіологічному розчині. Зразки навантажували на установці СВР-5 за допомогою кулькового індентора. Під час експериментів одночасно записували акустико-емісійну інфор¬мацію за допомогою вимірювальної системи SKOP-8. У режимі постопрацювання будували залежності зміни навантаження впродовж експерименту, розподіл амплітуд зареєстрованих сигналів акустичної емісії та їх суми від часу. З отриманих залежностей визначали навантаження руйнування, переміщення індентора, та вивчали особливості руйнування композитів на основі аналізу генерування акустичної емісії під дією навантаження. Аналіз параметрів сигналів акустичної емісії показав, що найбільшу амплітуду та енергію мали сигнали, під час руйнування композиту Tetric N-Ceram, найменшу – Latelux.
